I think I wont be the first to say that they are happy practices are started and underway.  With slots scheduled, kids skating, and games upcoming, who isnt excited about this season?

Black Stars Drop in Tryout Conditioning Clinics - 

Three Dates:

Sunday 7 - 24 - 1:15pm - 4:15pm
Monday 7-25 -   10:00am - 1:00 pm
Tuesday 7-26 -  10:00am - 1:00 pm

First Hour - Off Ice Conditioning.  This includes running, plyometrics, cardiovascular exercises, and stretching.  
Last Hour - On Ice Conditioning.  Interval training to simulate game conditions.  

30 - 45 minutes will be given between off ice and on ice sessions for water / gatorade, snacks and rest.  

This sessions will be intensive, lots of running, lots of moving, and lots of skating.  

Costs: $40 per session, $100 for all three sessions.

For any players that we do not have paperwork on, we will need basic registration forms and waivers.

Drop in clinic sessions! These drop in sessions are available to all Travel players.  They are every thursday, (July 7th, 14th, 21st) at 7:00 - 8:05 pm.  These sessions are a great chance to meet with some of the Black Stars Head coaches, and assistant coaches that you could have next season!  Dont forget to fill out our tryout packet and return asap! These packets can be found under Club information / Tryouts!

Thanks to Everyone who participated in the 2nd Annual Memorial Day Tournament! The kids had a lot of fun with the eventual victors going to Team Green in the squirt division, and Team D - 2 in the peewee division.  Thanks to everyone who participated!
