Travel Information
Travel (A / B) tryouts will be held starting July 29th through August 10th. 
*Once we have a finalized schedule for each division, the schedule will be posted here.  All Tryouts will be at Nazareth Ice Oasis, the Black Stars home rink. 

Costs: $40 - For Mite Players
             $75 - For Squirt / Peewee Players

Required forms for All Participants:
Registration Pack
*Includes: Registration form, Waiver and Release, USA Hockey Code of Conduct, USA Hockey Consent To Treat. 
**Copy of Birth certificate is also required for new players and a copy of your 2011 - 2012 USA Hockey Registration
All Forms are required by the first tryout date of your respective division in order for the player to participate. 


During Tryouts - 

1. Please arrive 45 minutes early to the first tryout of your age division.  Paperwork will need to be checked in and confirmed. 
2. Bring a White and Dark Jersey to tryouts. Note: NO NORCAL Team jerseys will be allowed. 
3. Attendance of as many tryout sessions as possible is encouraged. 
4. One tryout session is mandatory for any player to start on a team.
